Dr. Charles Hecht

Dr. Hecht began chiropractic care while in high school. At that time, he suffered from extreme lower back and leg pain following a football injury. Originally he tried an allopathic approach of prescription medication and physical therapy, but after only minor improvement he decided to give chiropractic a try. Within three weeks of beginning chiropractic treatment, Dr Hecht was back playing sports, working, and doing all the things that he enjoyed. This is what inspired him to become a chiropractor and gives him the desire to help those in pain get better.

Dr. Hecht obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. He began practice in North Carolina as part of a regional group in December of 2000. In March 2005, Dr. Hecht established his own company, Partners in Health & Wellness. His philosophy and company name incorporate his goal of establishing health and wellness in the community.
